Road closures around the parade route begin as early as 7 a.m. Please plan to arrive early. Access to parking at the Grandstands, Rudy Garcia Park VIP, and El Pueblo Neighborhood Center is only from Drexel and Nogales Highway and only until 8:30 a.m.
